Built-in lower edges for doors

The seal holders in Stribo recessed lower edge door seals move vertically to fill the space between the floor and the lower edge of the door automatically.

They also tilt (1) to allow for sloping floors. These top of the range models, on an aluminium mouting, are fitted with a fire resistant rubber seal.

Upon request, most of these models may be delivered with a brush (instead of a strip) for uneven floors or specific applications.

The lengths shown are those most frequently used.
Other lengths can be produced on request.


Stribo Acousticplus

Extruded sound and heat insulation (sound insulation up to 47 dB, certificate n° 167 22668 delivered by the IFT Institute in Rosenheim).

Thanks to the patented, self-directional push button incorporation of a protection plate is unnecessary (setting with a 3 mm spanner).

Easy installation thanks to pre-mounted screws, accessible after removal of the strip (patented system).

Graded lowering movement (the strip lowers first on the hinge side, then on the handle side).

Stainless steel spring.
The end opposite the push button may be shortened by up to 15 cm.
Max. movement: 13 mm.
Main applications: wood, aluminium and armoured doors.

Stribo Decibel

Recommended for sound insulation

Double setting mechanism, controlled by two push buttons, a metal one on the hinge side and a nylon one on the opposite side.

Perfect heat and sound insulation (sound insulation up to 46 dB, certificate delivered by the Giordano Institute in Bellaria according to standard ISO 140 - part 3 in 1995 and ISO 717 - part 1 in 1982).

Easy installation, as the inner profile may be removed.

Stainless steel spring.
The end opposite the metal pusher may be shortened by up to 10 cm.
Max. movement: 12 mm.
For all types of doors.
Lengths: 725 - 825 - 925 - 1025 mm.



Stribo E 2520

Patented, self-setting mechanism for lowering of strip.

Stribo Top / Stribo Top Plus

Inner profile entirely made with co-extruded self-extinguishing plastic material (UL94 V0 type) (patented system).

Acoustic protection up to 37 db certified by LABOR für Schall Wärmemesstechnik Prof. Fritz Holtz, test statement n° 02 02 25.U1 + U6.

Self-directional pin joint with a 3 mm hexagonal wrench (to avoid the installment of the plate against crushing) patented system.

It is easy to install thanks to the preassembled screws accessible after slipping off the gasket (upon request with self-drilling screws) (patented system).

The inside profile has a basculant movement.

Stainless steel springs and thrust pins in glass-fibre loaded nylon.

Stribo encastré 2000

A draught excluder let into the bottom edge of the door. Body in aluminium/zinc alloy, tubular rubber seal, brass stop. This latter controls the rise and fall of the seal as the door is opened or shut.

Excellent sealing against air and noise.

Available on option with classe M1 fire-resisting seal.

The end opposite the push button may be shortened by up to 10 cm.
Max. movement : 10 mm.
