Principle
These brushes are made like brooms and toothbrushes, etc.
Bundles of filaments are implanted into a holder pierced with
holes. The number of holes, filament density and holder type
vary, allowing many different types of brushes to be made
(flat brushes, circular brushes, tube brushes, etc.).
Filaments can be mounted in two ways.
Automatic mounting
Holes are bored into the holder (usually plastic but sometimes
wood) and bundles of filaments are stapled into them.
Manual mounting
If the holder is made of a tough material (steel, aluminium),
a smaller hole is bored in the first hole. The bundles of
filaments are inserted by hand.
Numerical control-assisted boring infinitely multiplies trim
possibilities. The density of filaments can be varied (thickness,
wider / smaller spacing) as can the direction in which the
filaments are mounted (special designs).

Flat brushes
Applications: Work surfaces for punching and cutting of sheet
metal, scrub brushes for continuous cleaning, continuous brush-type
application.

Tube brushes

Interlock brushes
These tube brushes are easy to mount and dismount.
We also use this system to manufacture handfilled tube brushes.
Screws on the sides or flanges on the ends, etc. lock each
half into place.
Round-head brushes
Thanks to its special form, this brush enables cleaning of
several sides simultaneously. It is often used for the cleaning
of crates and containers.
Modular tube brush
These brushes can be easily mounted and dismounted on many
machines. If an incident occurs or the brush wears out, only
the damaged section is replaced. Wide range of synthetic,
animal, vegetable and metal filaments.
Available in helical or V-shape. Brushes can be supplied fully-mounted
(modules, rod and drive) or in separate modules.
This brush meets food industry hygiene requirements.
